Who we are and what we do with your personal data
Nume Plus S.r.l., with registered office at Via Panciatichi 40/11, 50127 Florence (FI), Italy (the “Data Controller”), cares about the confidentiality of your personal data and about ensuring the protection it needs against any event that may put it at risk of breach.
The Data Controller implements policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal data and the exercise of the rights recognized to you by applicable law, updating them whenever necessary and in the event of regulatory or organizational changes that may affect the processing of your data.
The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) whom you can contact with any questions about the policies and practices adopted, at dpo@nume.plus.
How does the Data Controller collect and process your data?
Your personal information will be processed for the following purposes:
Browsing the website
Navigation data (e.g. IP address) and cookies released while browsing the site are processed to manage the site and to collect information, including in aggregate form. Your data will in no way be disseminated or disclosed to indeterminate parties.
Communication to third parties and recipients
Your data is communicated mainly to third parties and/or recipients whose activity is necessary to carry out the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. In particular, data may be disclosed for:
- the performance of the service (e.g. IT service providers);
- communications to the financial administration and to public supervisory and control bodies towards which the Data Controller must fulfil specific obligations.
The personal data processed for this purpose are navigation data (IP address).
Information security grounds
The Data Controller processes, including through its suppliers, your data (e.g. IP address) or traffic data to the extent strictly necessary and proportionate to ensure the security of the network and connected servers. For these purposes it provides procedures for managing personal data breaches.
What cookies are and what they can be used for
A “cookie” is a small text file created by some websites on the user’s computer upon access, in order to store and transport information. Cookies are sent from a web server to the user’s browser and stored on the computer; they are then re-sent to the website on subsequent visits.
Some operations cannot be performed without cookies, which in some cases are technically necessary. In other cases the site uses cookies to facilitate navigation or to provide services specifically requested. Cookies may contain a unique identification code and, for statistical or advertising purposes, allow a user profile to be created (so-called Behavioural Advertising).

Third-party cookies
Subject to your consent, the site uses Google Analytics 4, a statistical analysis tool provided by Google Ireland Ltd. that installs third-party cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*) to collect aggregated, IP-anonymized information about site usage. No analytics cookie is installed before consent and you can decline it via the banner. For details see Google’s privacy policy.

How, where and for how long is your data stored?
How we process your data
Processing is carried out through IT procedures by specifically authorized and trained internal staff, with access to data limited to what is necessary to perform the processing activities. The Data Controller periodically checks tools and security measures and keeps them constantly updated.
Where we process your data
Data is stored in IT and telematic archives located also outside the European Economic Area. In particular: USA – adherence to the Data Privacy Framework.
How long we process your data
Cookies: see the storage terms shown in the table. Site navigation: data is stored for the time necessary to enable browsing and in any case no longer than 11 months, except where events occur that require the intervention of the competent Authorities or the protection of the Data Controller’s interests.
What are your rights?
At any time, free of charge and without particular formalities, you can:
- obtain confirmation of the processing carried out by the Data Controller;
- access your data and know its origin, purposes, recipients and retention period;
- update or rectify your data;
- erase your data in the cases provided by law;
- restrict processing in certain circumstances;
- obtain your data in electronic format (portability) and transmit it to another controller.
The Data Controller acts without delay and in any case within one month of the request (extendable by two months in complex cases). To exercise your rights write to info@nume.plus.
How and when can you object to the processing?
For reasons relating to your particular situation, you can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@nume.plus. You have the right to erasure of your data if there is no overriding legitimate ground.
Who can you lodge a complaint with?
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with that of the Member State where the alleged breach of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.
